Coffee Seasonal Blend

Our coffee is unique as it is roasted on the only wood fuelled coffee roaster in the UK. The wood fire allows a slower roast which results in a more balanced, full bodied smooth coffee.  We roast only speciality beans that have been ethically and responsibly sourced and we only use local, sustainable oak to fuel the roaster.  We roast small batches to curate the natural characteristics of each individual bean and then create blends for you to enjoy at home. 

Our current blend is : Brazil Mogiana / El Salavador San Ernesto

Flavour Notes : Chocolate / Orange / Hazelnut
